Submitting a Warranty Claim
To start a warranty claim please send an email to customerservice@riorayoptics.com with the following information:
- Your name, email address, phone number, and shipping address
- Purchase date and location (e.g. website, authorized dealer, etc…)
- Model name and/or model number of your sunglasses
- A brief description of the issue you are having with your sunglasses
- At least 1 close-up picture of the damaged area of your sunglasses along with 1 picture containing the whole frame.
In the event that your warranty claim is denied, you will still be eligible to receive a 50% off retail price (MSRP) coupon code for a one-time replacement (of the same or equivalent style if original style is unavailable) of your sunglasses for a period of 2 years following the purchase date. Offer applies to orders made from the Rio Ray website only.
