Lost or Broken Replacement Policy

If you have lost or broken your Rio Ray Sunglasses we’ve been there and we’ve got you covered. We offer a one-time replacement (of the same or equivalent style if original style is unavailable) of your sunglasses for a period of 2 years following the purchase date from the Rio Ray website. Just follow the process below and we’ll send you a coupon code that you can use to order your replacement pair at 50% off the retail price (MSRP).

Please send an email to customerservice@riorayoptics.com with the following information:

  1. Your name, email address, phone number, and shipping address
  2. Purchase date from the website
  3. Model name and/or model number of your sunglasses
  4. A brief description of what happened to your sunglasses

 

Please note that Rio Ray reserves the right to request photo documentation of your broken sunglasses.
